 Chelsea Ward named NAC Player of the Week for Volleyball

Chelsea Ward was selected to the Colby Invitational All-Tournament Team after her performance this weekend.
In four matches this week, the sophomore collected 71 kills, 23 digs, and 4 blocks and had only one reception error in 86 serve reception attempts over the four matches. Ward earned NAC Womens' Volleyball Player of the Week last week as well.
 Jennifer Dixon named NAC Rookie of the Week for Volleyball
(Jennifer Dixon, Fr, Setter, Woodstock, MD)
The Freshman setter collected 120 assists, 20 digs and 7 kills in four matches this week and helped the Lady Mariners to a 4-1 record while averaging 30 assists per contest.
Her 38 assists in a 3-0 win over Southern Maine broke the school record for assists in a three game match. She also had 25 assists and 9 digs in a close 1-3 loss to NESCAC power Colby College. This is the second straight week Dixon has garnered this award.
