 Amy Young named NAC Player of the Week for Volleyball
Amy Young, So, Middle Hitter, Cumberland, ME
The sophomore middle hitterwas outstanding in the teams 2-1 week. Young had 48 kills, 12 assists, 49 digs and 13 blocks. Amy set school records for digs (26) in a match and blocks (7) in a match. Young played every point of the three matches which consisted of 13 games. Her attack percentage was an impressive .416 which included 89 attacka and only 12 errors. Largely in part to her effforts, MMA is now 4-0 in the NAC after their 2 road victories this weekend.
