Higgins NAC Rookie of the Week for 2nd Straight Week
Hannah Seamans had an outstanding offensive week for the Lady Mariners. In her two games this week Seaman's went 5 for 8 with 1 run and 2 rbi's. She also made two outstanding defensive plays at first base.
Kayla Higgins continued to rake at the plate for MMA. The freshman catcher went 4 for 6 from the plate with 5 runs and an rbi. In 5 games so far she is hitting .500 with 2 RBI's and a team high 8 runs scored. This is the second consecutive week that Higgins has been named the NAC Rookie of the Week.
